Petersburg Real Estate Corp.'s construction business is on the grow in Kaliningrad , a city of great promise in Russia 's westernmost exclave. Our local daughter United Construction Trust OOO is involved in a series of major construction projects around the city, including upscale modern housing and commercial properties.
United Construction Trust plans to deliver 15,000 sq. m of occupancy-ready housing annually in Kaliningrad. The first housing complex was completed in the 2 nd quarter of 2005.
The company is currently working on a number of projects targeting Pionersk, a smaller city close to Kaliningrad, and also has plans to build a hotel suites complex on the Baltic Sea coast nearly.
