Setl City OOO is a full-service professional implementer of construction investment projects, acting as investor, customer and developer in numerous mass-consumer and custom-designed housing construction projects currently underway in St.Petersburg.
Setl City currently explores new, promising business opportunities in developing large urban neighborhoods, building both housing and commercial properties. In 2004, the company secured a government permit to design a revitalization project for a neighborhood sized 21 hectares in Primorsky District, requiring an estimated USD 184 million in investment. The company is looking at a number of other residential rebuilding or revitalization projects targeting different urban neighborhoods.
At different preparation or implementation stages, the company is currently working on investment projects totaling 600,000 square m of space. The company has over RUB 2 milliard involved in construction investments at the moment.
