"Setvill" is the development company, acting on the market of country housing construction of St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region. The company is formed in 2006 and enters into "Setl Group" holding company. The company carries out construction of cottage settlements of various classes from materials of Finnish concern "Honkatalot". The company has started to build it's first cottage settlement (12,5 hectares) of a class "de luxe" in 2006 year in Priozersky district. In the further it is planned to construct the cottage settlements in Gatchinsky district, Resort district and in Vsevolozhsky district of Leningrad region.
