Moskovsky Corporate Center is housed in one of St. Petersburg 's landmark buildings, located at Moskovsky and Leninsky Prospekt.
Petersburgers remember this impressive industrialization-era building dominating Moskovskaya Square as the “House of Soviets.” Designed by the architect Trotsky to house the municipal and regional government, the building has fully retained its functionality as an office condominium.
The owner of the building, Leninets Holding, decided to transform it into Moskovsky Corporate Center in 1998, asking St. Petersburg Realty Corp. to manage the project. Originally, only the northern wing of the building, sized 4000 sq. m, was turned into a corporate center. Despite the 1998 currency crisis, all offices in the northern wing were occupied by the end of 1999. In mid-2000, the corporate center was expanded, and a new southern entrance was added. Moskovsky Corporate Center currently offers more than 8000 sq. m of space. Tenants are free to choose offices sized between 20 and 500 sq. m with ceilings higher than 4 m, equipped with advanced telecommunications and power lines.
By renting an office at Moskovsky Corporate Center, you will benefit from:
